My Story
Why I Do This
My journey into Integrative Foot Zoning™ wasn't something I planned — it was born from one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
In 2025, my health changed almost overnight. I found myself facing one frightening possibility after another, along with overwhelming anxiety and depression. I reached a point where I felt exhausted, discouraged, and at times completely hopeless. I was searching for answers — but more than that, I was searching for hope.
For the first time in months, I believed there was another path forward. I left that appointment with something I hadn't felt in a long time: hope.

A Turning Point
That search led me to Amber Bodily, founder of Integrative Foot Zoning™. During my very first session, Amber shared insights that deeply resonated with my experience. She identified patterns of imbalance she perceived, discussed foods that might not be serving my body well, recommended herbs and nutritional support, and suggested wellness protocols that complemented the care I was already receiving.
For me, that appointment became a turning point. It wasn't just the information she shared — it was feeling seen, understood, and hopeful again. Instead of believing my body had failed me, I began to believe it was communicating with me. I started to understand that healing isn't about fighting our bodies — it's about learning to listen to them.
That experience changed my life. I immediately enrolled in Amber's Integrative Foot Zoning™ training program because I wanted to learn everything I could about this approach to whole-person wellness. As I studied, I came to believe that our bodies possess remarkable wisdom and an incredible capacity to move toward balance when we learn to listen, reduce the barriers that interfere with their natural function, and provide the nourishment and support they were designed to receive.
My own healing journey has not been perfect, and it certainly hasn't been linear. Healing rarely follows a straight line — it's more like a roller coaster. There have been victories and setbacks, moments of confidence and moments of uncertainty. But through it all, I have learned that healing is possible. It requires patience. It requires partnership with our bodies. And sometimes, it requires believing in hope before we can see the outcome.
Why I Do This
What I Hope You Leave With
I don't practice Integrative Foot Zoning because I was looking for a career. I practice it because I experienced what it feels like to lose hope — and what it feels like to find it again.
- I hope you leave feeling heard.
- I hope you leave feeling seen.
- I hope you leave with a greater understanding of your body.
- And above all, I hope you leave with hope.
Because I believe healing is a journey. And no one should have to walk that journey alone.
I don't claim to heal the body. I believe the body already holds the blueprint. My role is to listen to the story your feet reveal, help you understand what your body may be communicating, and partner with you as you create an environment where your body can move toward greater balance and wholeness.
