Your safety and comfort come first. There are certain situations in which Integrative Foot Zoning™ may not be appropriate — please review these before scheduling.

Integrative Foot Zoning™ is a gentle, complementary wellness practice, but it is not appropriate for everyone or in every circumstance. The list below is not exhaustive, and it is not a substitute for medical advice.

If any of the following apply to you — or if you're unsure — please reach out before booking so we can determine together whether a session is right for you. When in doubt, always consult your licensed healthcare provider.

A Session May Not Be Appropriate If You Have Experienced

  • Recent surgery
  • An organ transplant
  • Certain implanted medical devices
  • Recent chemotherapy or radiation
  • Active internal bleeding
