What is Integrative Foot Zoning™?

It's a holistic, whole-person wellness modality that works through specific signals in the feet to support the body's natural processes — encouraging relaxation, circulation, and overall balance. Every session is personalized because every person's story is unique.

Is Integrative Foot Zoning a medical treatment?

No. It is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It complements — but never replaces — care from your licensed healthcare provider.

How should I prepare for my session?

Complete your intake forms ahead of time, hydrate well, and wear comfortable clothing. Most importantly, arrive with clean, dry feet that are free of lotions, creams, oils, powders, and other products (the day before and the day of), so I can accurately access the natural signals in your feet.

Does it hurt?

Most clients describe their sessions as calming, restorative, and deeply relaxing. Some areas of the feet may feel more sensitive than others, and I always work at a comfortable pace for you.

How much does a session cost?

In-person adult sessions are $150 (new, 90 min) or $120 (returning, 60 min). Children's sessions are $130 (new, 60 min) or $100 (returning, 45 min). A Remote Foot Analysis is $100, and a Personalized Healing Report add-on is +$80. See the Services page for full details.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person's wellness journey is different. Some people enjoy occasional sessions for relaxation and balance; others prefer regular visits as part of an ongoing routine. We'll talk about what feels right for you — there's never any pressure.

Can children receive Integrative Foot Zoning?

Yes. I offer gentle, personalized sessions for children ages 0–11, with age-appropriate session lengths and recommendations.

What is a Remote Foot Analysis?

If you can't travel, you can submit clear photos of your feet and receive a personalized written report with nutrition, supplement, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations, plus a 20-minute phone consultation — all delivered remotely.

Are there times when a session isn't appropriate?

Yes. There are certain contraindications — such as recent surgery, organ transplants, certain implanted medical devices, recent chemotherapy or radiation, and active internal bleeding. Please review the Contraindications page before booking, and reach out if you have questions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payment is due at the time of service. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice; less than 24 hours' notice or a missed appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Where are you located?

I serve St. George and all of Southern Utah. Because this is a private practice, the full address is shared after your appointment is scheduled.
